RETURNS & EXCHANGES
According to your rights of withdrawal informed in our “Terms and Conditions“, please follow the steps below to make returns / exchanges and / or in case of receiving a damaged or faulty product. Returns are only valid 14 days after you have received the product from the carrier.
To return your item(s), follow these steps:
1. Contact us at email@example.com or through our contact form informing us about what products you want to return in order to start a case. We will provide you with a document that you must download and print to include along with the return.
2. Returns according to where you are:
(i) In the European Community, United Kingdom and Switzerland:
We will offer you a prepaid delivery note that can be deducted from the refund.

3. We need you to pack the product(s) carefully and include a printout of the document we will provide. Please inform us as soon as you ship it along with the tracking information if available, in order to be aware to its reception.
4. Once we have received and verified the contents of the package are correct, we will refund your money by the same payment method that you used to place the order, within three business days after we received the package in our warehouse.
In case item(s) is/are missing, broken, damaged or incomplete, no refund will be made. Please be sure everything you received originally is included in the return: the product, tags, cases or any accessories.
5. There will be no additional costs for the withdrawal / return arising from us.
In cases of receiving damaged or faulty products
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or through our contact form, customer service will provide you with the best way to resolve this issue without charges on your part. You’ll be asked to send a picture of the faulty item in order to accelerate the process that takes no longer than 30 days from the moment you send out a photo of the problem.
Orders placed through this Website will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the Order Confirmation.
