Through the Website, Bplusd World offers users sunglasses and glasses for presbyopia, as well as other B + D brand products that may be available on our Website (“Products”). To purchase our Products you must follow the purchase procedure established on the Website (and which we briefly describe below) and accept these Conditions:

a. Select the desired Product (s) by adding it (s) to the cart. Please read all available information about our Products carefully.

b. After that, you can access the cart where you can check the details of the requested Products (Product description, price etc.).

c. If you are satisfied with the order and after providing us with the billing, shipping and selecting the payment method, you must press the «Pay» button to complete the order.

d. Once you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation message with your order details (“Order Confirmation”). If you do not receive this message please contact us through [email protected]

We inform you that Bplusd World has the following payment methods: Credit and debit cards through PayPal.

Shipping price and delivery time will be indicated at the checkout. They depend on the delivery destination.

Orders placed through this Website will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 days from the Order Confirmation.

All orders are subject to availability of the Products. In the event that, once the Order Confirmation has been sent, Bplusd World could not dispose of the Product requested for any circumstance, the user will be contacted as soon as possible communicating such fact. In this case, Bplusd World may:

(i) offer the user, without price increase, a product with characteristics and specifications similar to the one initially requested, as long as these are in accordance with the user’s needs; and

(ii) in any case, offer the user to cancel the requested order by refunding the amount paid for it, within (14) business days.

Bplusd World is not responsible for any taxes, duties or customs duties that may be collected in the country of destination, with users (customers) being responsible for any limitations, fees, duties or taxes collected in the country of destination.

Products Warranty
The Products contained on the Website have a legal guarantee of one (1) year.

It will be understood that the Products are in accordance with the Conditions provided that they meet the requirements set forth below:

(i) They conform to the description made by Bplusd World and possess the qualities of the product that Bplusd World has presented to the user in the form of a sample or model.

(ii) Are suitable for the uses to which products of the same type are ordinarily destined.

(iii) They are suitable for any special use required by the user when they have informed Bplusd World, provided that Bplusd World has admitted that the Product is suitable for such use.

(iv) Present the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that the user can expect, given the nature of the Product.

In the event that it is proven that the Product does not conform to the established specifications, Bplusd World will proceed, when appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, such procedures being free for the user.

Bplusd World is not responsible for damage to the Products that may result from their misuse, as well as acts or omissions of the user that do not meet the specifications of each Product or damage caused by third parties that are not linked to Bplusd World.

Right of withdrawal
If you are hiring as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without justification.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the Product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Bplusd World by writing to us at [email protected] your decision to withdraw from the contract. To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires. Once Bplusd World has been informed of its decision to withdraw the contract under the terms established in this clause, we will indicate the details of how to proceed (for example, we will inform you about the address where you have to return the product etc.). You can also use the right of withdrawal form that we will provide if required.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you including, where appropriate, delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice by you of a delivery method different from the modality less expensive than ordinary delivery we offer), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make said refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you indicate otherwise, expressly detailing the means of payment through which you want us to make the return. You will not incur any expenses as a result of the reimbursement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may withhold the refund until we have received the Product, or until you have submitted proof of the return of the same, depending on which condition is met first.
